I have an HP mini that does not have a DVD Rom.
Teacher Hector Espinoza provides me an install for CertBlaster (password is same as file name) and CertMagic that needs to be copies to Program Files, make sure the user has modify checked for authorization access.
I have another laptop that has a DVD Rom
Solution:
Create a workgroup
Share the DVD ROM
From the HP mini
My Computer
\\user
Login the username and password of the laptop that has a DVD Rom
